The raised side zones at the widest points of the board make a lot of sense. The board turns more smoothly and quickly and this helps when you are not completely clean on landing. SideKick technology dramatically increases side base lift at the widest points of the nose and tail.
The SuperTubes are hollow carbon core enhancements that are inserted into the core in 3 different configurations. Hollow carbon tubes significantly increase the pop of the Ultra Light Core and reduce the weight. The boards are constructed with a layer of fibreglass above and below the wood core.
